Qualification:
- Manager: Passed M.Sc or M.Tech or its equivalent with 60% marks in the desired field. Also, 10 years of post qualification experience in the desired field.
- Assistant Manager (Geology): Passed M.Sc or M.Tech in the desired field. Also, 7 years of desired experience in relevant field.
- Assistant Manager (Drilling): Passed BE or B.Tech or B.Sc with 60% marks in the desired field. Also, 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Assistant Manager (HR): Passed CA or ICWA with Graduation. Also, must have 2 years of post qualification experience in different areas of Financial Management Accounting, Commercial Accounting, Costing etc.
- Accountant: Passed Graduation or Post Graduation with the Intermediate pass in CA/ICWA from a recognized board.
- Technician (Sampling): Passed B.Sc. degree along with 3 years of post qualification experience in Drill Core Mine Sampling.
- Technician (S & D): Passed Matriculation or its equivalent with ITI Certificate in Surveyor Draftsmanship (civil). Also, must have 02 years of post qualification experience in the line.
- Machinist: Passed Matriculation or its equivalent with ITI certificate in Turner or Machinist or Grinder or Miller trade. Must have 3 years’ post qualification experience in a reputed workshop in Machinist or related trades after having cleared ITI certificate.
- Executive Trainee – Passed M.Sc in Chemistry with 60% marks or its equivalent from a recognized board.
