Qualification:
- Branch Heads: Applicants who have completed Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University and a minimum of eight years of experience or equivalent from a recognized Institute for ESAF Bank Recruitment 2018.
- Assistant Branch Heads: Applicants who have completed Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University and a minimum of five years of experience or equivalent from a recognized Institute for ESAF Bank Recruitment 2018.
- Sales officers – RetailAssets & Liability: Applicants who have completed Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University and three years of experience in sales (Sales experience in Banking/Financial products/Telecom/FMCG/Hospitality) is preferred. Candidates must possess a flair for sales and marketing or equivalent from a recognized Institute for ESAF Bank Recruitment 2018.
- Relationship Officer: Applicants who have completed Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University and two years of experience in banking, N BFC, hospitality or any other financial streams or equivalent from a recognized Institute for ESAF Bank Recruitment 2018.
- Credit Officer: Applicants who have completed Graduation in any subject from a recognized University and must possess one year experience in credit appraisal or equivalent from a recognized Institute for ESAF Bank Recruitment 2018.
- Sales Officer-Trainee: Applicants who have completed Post Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University without any backlogs or Graduates with one-year sales experience.
