Qualification:
- Chief Operating Officer (COO): Candidates who have completed Graduate preferably with MBA/PGDM or equivalent from a recognized Institute for KIAL Recruitment 2018
- General Manager / Deputy General Manager: Graduate preferably with MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution or equivalent from a recognized Institute for KIAL Recruitment 2018
- Project Engineer (Electrical): Candidates who have completed First Class Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering. M.Tech in Engineering will be desirable
- Senior Manager (Business Development and Marketing): Candidates who have completed Graduate in any discipline with full-time regular MBA / PGDM (two years duration) with specialization in Marketing from a reputed institution
- Senior Manager (HR): Candidates who have completed Graduate in any discipline with full-time regular MBA / PGDM (two years duration) with specialization in HR from a reputed institution
- Manager (IT and Electronics): Candidates who have completed First Class Engineering degree in Computer Science /Electronics & Communications / IT or Masters in Computer Application (regular study).
- Senior Manager (Fire): Candidates who have completed Full-time Bachelors’ Degree in Automobile / Mechanical /Fire Engineering (OR) Successful completion of Divisional Fire Officers course from National Fire Services College, Nagpur.
- Deputy Project Engineer (Electrical): Candidates who have completed First Class Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering. M.Tech in Engineering will be desirable. Minimum 07 years experience in the relevant field.Manager (Airside / Terminal Operations): Candidates who have completed Degree or equivalent from a recognized Institute for KIAL Recruitment 2018
- Assistant Manager (Business Development and Marketing): Candidates who have completed First Class Graduate in any discipline with full-time regular MBA / PGDM (two years duration) with specialization in Marketing from reputed Institution. A valid LMV license is desirable.
- Assistant Manager (Finance): Candidates who have completed First Class Graduate in Commerce. Additional Qualifications like M Com, MBA (Finance), CA, ICWAI will be preferred.
- Manager (Fire) / Assistant Manager (Fire): Candidates who have completed Graduate in any discipline (OR) 3 years approved diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile / Fire / Electrical / Electronics and GiFire with Level 3 Certification or above from Institution of Fire Engineers.
- Fire Crew Commander: Candidates who have completed 10th Pass + 3 years approved regular Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile / Fire / Electrical / Electronics with Basic Fire Training Course certificate from AAI (OR) 12th Pass (Regular Study) with Basic Fire Training Course certificated from AAI.
- Baggage Screening Executive: Candidates who have completed Graduate in any discipline and having valid Screener Certificate from the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS).Candidates who have completed Relaxation for Candidates from Evictee Families: Preference will be given to such candidates who otherwise meet necessary qualification.
