Qualification:
- Diploma Trainee (Electrical): Applicants who have completed a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 70% marks or equivalent from a recognized Institute for PGCIL Recruitment 2018.
- Diploma Trainee (Civil): Applicants who have completed Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 70% marks or equivalent from a recognized Institute for PGCIL Recruitment 2018.
- Jr. Officer Trainee (HR): Applicants who have completed PG Diploma in Personnel Management course (or) MHRM (or) MSW (with Personnel Management as the main subject) or MBA (02 years full time with specialization in HR) or equivalent with minimum 55% marks in aggregate of all semesters/ years or equivalent from a recognized Institute for PGCIL Recruitment 2018.
- Jr. Technician Trainee (Electrical): Applicants who have completed ITI in Electrician Trade of Two Years duration or equivalent from a recognized Institute for PGCIL Recruitment 2018.
- Field Supervisor: Applicants who have completed B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc(Engg) in any discipline of engineering/ Diploma in any discipline of Engineering from recognized Technical Board/Institute with minimum 50 % marks or equivalent from a recognized Institute for PGCIL Recruitment 2018.
Age Limit:
- Applicants Age Limit Should not exceed 29 Years

- Field Engineer & Supervisor: Rs. 23,000- 30,000/-
- Diploma Trainee (Electrical/ Civil): Rs. 116000/ – Rs.35500/-
