Eligibility Criteria
1. Assistant General Manager (AGM)
- Qualification: Minimum Post Graduate. CAIIB/ MBA/ ICWA/ CA will be preferred.
- Experience: 15 years of banking experience, including 5 years in higher management. Experience in the Audit Department is mandatory.
- Age Limit: Not more than 55 years. Age relaxation may be considered for experienced candidates.
2. Branch Manager
- Qualification: Graduate in any faculty. Preference will be given to CAIIB/ MBA/ ICWA/ CA.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Branch Manager OR 8 years as an Officer in a reputed bank.
- Age Limit: Not more than 50 years.
3. Officer
- Qualification: Graduate in any faculty. Preference will be given to Commerce graduates or candidates with JAIIB or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as an Officer or 7 years as a Clerk in a reputed bank with good computer knowledge.
- Age Limit: Not more than 35 years.
4. Clerk (Apprentice for Nashik Branch)
- Qualification: Graduate in any faculty, preferably Commerce. Full computer knowledge is essential.
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Age Limit: Not more than 30 years.
