PNGRB Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
For Public Sector Candidates:
- Must be working in a CPSE/State PSU or Autonomous Body.
- Either: Currently holding a post at Level-6 (Rs. 35,400 – 1,12,400), or Have 5 years’ experience in Level-5 (Rs. 29,200 – 92,300).
For Private Sector Candidates:
Essential Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
Commerce
Accountancy
Economics
BBA (Finance), etc.
- Must be working in a private company with:
Annual CTC of at least Rs. 5 lakhs.
Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Desirable Qualification:
- Post Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Commerce.
- One-year Diploma in Computer Applications or knowledge of Tally/SAP.
Contract Period
The appointment is on a short-term contract:
- Initial duration: 1 year
- Extendable: Up to 2 more years (one year at a time), based on performance and PNGRB’s decision.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on the last date of application.
PNGRB Recruitment 2025 – Pay Scale and Perks
The selected Accountant will get a Level-6 Pay Matrix salary (Rs. 35,400 – Rs. 1,12,400). Apart from a salary, many attractive perks and benefits are included:
- Lease Accommodation: Up to 40% of basic pay
- Staff Furnishing Allowance: Up to Rs. 90,000 every 3 years
- Petrol Allowance: Reimbursement up to 75 liters per month
- Books and Periodicals: Rs. 1,500 per month
- Mobile/Internet Charges: Rs. 1,000 per quarter
- Canteen Facilities: Up to Rs. 2,000 per month
- Mobile Handset: Rs. 15,000 (once in 3 years)
- Briefcase/Handbag: Rs. 3,500 (once in 3 years)
