Eligibility Criteria
For Manager/Company Affairs
- Qualification: Fellow/Associate Member of ICSI. LLB preferred.
- Age Limit: Max 37 years (as of 01.04.2025)
- Experience: Total 5 years post-qualification experience. In PSU/Govt: Must be in the relevant pay scale or 2 years in the immediate lower scale. In the Private Sector: Must be working in a listed company with a turnover of ₹500+ crores or a paid-up capital of ₹10+ crores in the last 3 years.
For Assistant Manager/Company Affairs
- Qualification: Fellow/Associate Member of ICSI. LLB preferred.
- Age Limit: Max 30 years (as of 01.04.2025)
- Experience: Preferably with a working knowledge of Company Law, Secretarial Standards, and SEBI regulations.Preference to those with experience in listed companies.
Candidates must be proficient in computer operations.
