APSC Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
1. Nationality:
- Must be an Indian citizen.
- Must be a permanent resident of Assam.
- Should have a Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate from Assam.
2. Educational Qualification:
- A 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Technology / Civil & Planning from a recognized institute by AICTE.
- The diploma must be from a regular full-time course.
- Diplomas obtained through distance mode will not be accepted.
3. Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025):
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years (up to 45 years)
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years (up to 43 years)
- Ex-Servicemen: Up to 42 years (UR), with relaxation for reserved categories
- PwBD: 10 years for all categories
