Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification (Post-wise Highlights):
- Production: Full-time Degree in Chemical, Cement, Ceramic Engineering or M.Sc. in Chemistry/Materials Science.
- Mechanical: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Automobile Engineering.
- E&I: Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering.
- Mining: Degree in Mining Engineering + First or Second Class Manager’s Certificate (as per MMR-1961).
- Material Management: Degree in Engineering or MBA/PGDM in Materials/Supply Chain Management.
Experience Required:
- E-6: 16 years (₹14.83 LPA CTC or above)
- E-5: 14 years (₹12.71 LPA CTC or above)
- E-4: 12 years (₹10.59 LPA CTC or above)
- E-2: 5 years (₹6.36 LPA CTC or above)
- E-1: 2 years (₹6.14 LPA CTC or above)
Diploma/M.Sc. holders need an additional 1-3 years of experience.
