Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as of 01 April 2025):
- Maximum age: 64 years.
- Ex-Servicemen: Allowed engagement up to 65 years.
- Applicants retired under VRS will be considered only after the age of 60.
Educational Qualifications:
- Sr. Consultant (General Surgery): MBBS + PG Degree in General Surgery.
- Consultant (Anaesthesia): MBBS + PG Degree/Diploma in Anaesthesia.
Experience:
- Minimum 25 years of post-PG experience.
- At least 2 years as Head of Surgery/Anaesthesia in PSU/Autonomous/Central/State Govt organizations.
BHEL Recruitment 2025 – Salary and Allowances
- Sr. Consultant: ₹1,13,000/month
- Consultant: ₹1,05,000/month
- Additional Benefits:
- Mobile phone charges up to ₹2,000
- HRA as per the rules
- Transport allowance: 10% of the consultancy fee
- TA/DA for official travel
Selection Process
- A committee will scrutinize applications.
- Shortlisted candidates may be called for interaction/interview.
- Travel expenses for interaction will be reimbursed (Rail: 1st AC, Air: Economy).
