Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in any stream or equivalent.
- One-year diploma/certificate in a computer course.
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in Hindi and English.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Call Centre Executive.
Age Limit:
- Maximum age is 35 years as on the closing date (06.05.2025).
- Age relaxation will be provided as per government rules for reserved categories.

- As per the minimum wages announced by GNCTD (Government of NCT of Delhi) from time to time.
Selection Process
- Typing Test (Qualifying Nature) – Must type at least 35 w.p.m.
- Personal Interaction – Only candidates who qualify for the typing test will be called.
- Document Verification – Bring all original documents and self-attested copies.
- Merit List – Final selection will be based on marks obtained in the personal interaction.
