Eligibility Criteria for BCCL Recruitment 2025
To apply for BCCL Recruitment 2025, the following conditions must be met:
Educational Qualification:
- Must have passed the Intermediate Examination of ICWA or CA.
Employment Status:
- Only permanent BCCL employees are eligible.
- Trainees are not eligible to apply.
Other Conditions:
- Must have a minimum “GOOD” CR rating for the last year or last 3 years if employed for more than 3 years.
- The candidate should have clear vigilance/departmental clearance.
- It should not be from a shortage category post.

Selection Process
The selection will be based on a written test:
- Total Marks: 100
- Duration: 120 minutes
- No negative marking
- Language: Bilingual (English & Hindi)
Test Pattern:
- Part I: General Knowledge & General Awareness – 40 Marks
- Part II: Professional Aptitude – 60 Marks
Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- General: 40% in each part (40 marks out of 100 overall)
- SC/ST: 35% in each part (35 marks out of 100 overall)
A merit panel will be created based on marks. In case of a tie, preference will be given in the following order:
- Higher marks in professional aptitude
- Earlier date of appointment
- Senior in age
