FACT Clerk Recruitment 2025 : The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd. (FACT) has officially announced the FACT Clerk Recruitment 2025 through notification number 02/2025 dated May 6, 2025. This recruitment drive is inviting eligible candidates to apply for the position of Clerk on a Fixed Tenure Contract (Adhoc basis) for a state-wide opening in Kerala.

Eligibility Criteria for FACT Clerk Recruitment 2025
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria as per the FACT Clerk Recruitment 2025 guidelines:
Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline (Three-year/6-semester course only) with a minimum of 50% marks.
- For SC/ST/PwBD candidates, the minimum required marks is 40%.
- Qualifications must be from a recognized University approved by UGC/AICTE.
- Part-time, correspondence, private, or distance learning degrees are not eligible.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 26 years as of May 1, 2025
- Date of Birth should be between 01.05.1999 and 30.04.2007
- Relaxations:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Government norms
Other Requirements
- Candidates must be domiciled in Kerala and should submit a domicile certificate.
- Those who resigned or were relieved from prior FACT engagements (non-completion of term) are ineligible.
Terms of Engagement
As per the FACT Clerk Recruitment 2025 notice, selected candidates will be appointed on a Fixed Tenure Contract for 2 years, which may be extended twice by 1 year each based on performance and company requirements.
Salary Structure
- Consolidated Pay: ₹25,000/- per month
- Increment: 3% annual increment on successful completion of each year
- Additional Benefits: PF, ESI, TA/DA for official travel, and leave as per company policy

Candidates will be ranked based on a transparent merit system after document scrutiny. The FACT Clerk Vacancy 2025 selection will be based on:
- Completion of Apprenticeship at FACT Training School (for relevant courses)
- Earlier Year of Graduation
- Older Age (Earlier Date of Birth)
Separate merit panels will be prepared for candidates with a Commerce degree for Finance Department roles.
