IREL Apprentice Recruitment 2025: IREL (India) Limited has released a notification for Apprentice Recruitment 2025 at its Rare Earths Division (RED), Udyogamandal, Kerala. This recruitment is for 25 apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Interested and eligible Indian nationals can now apply before the last date, 31 May 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as on 31.05.2025.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC (NCL) – 3 years, PWBD – 10 years.
- Candidates must not have completed or be currently undergoing apprenticeship training elsewhere.
- Higher qualification holders are not eligible.
- Distance/Part-time courses will not be accepted.

Step 1: Register on the Apprenticeship Portal
- For Graduate/Technician Apprentices: Register on the NATS Portal
- For Trade Apprentices: Register on the Apprenticeship India Portal
Step 2: Apply under the Correct Establishment ID
- Graduate/Technician Apprentices: Establishment ID – SKLERC000015
- Trade Apprentices: Establishment ID – E11153200006
Step 3: Submit Application via Email
- Download and fill in the form (Annexure A)
- Scan and email the application with documents to hrm-red@irel.co.in
- Use the subject: “APPLICATION FOR ENGAGEMENT OF APPRENTICES AGAINST NOTIFICATION NO. IREL/RED/HRM/Apprentices Engagement/2025-26/01”

Selection Process for IREL Apprentice Recruitment 2025
- Selection is merit-based, considering marks in qualifying exams.
- Priority will be given to:
- Land-affected candidates
- People living within 10 km of RED, Kerala
- Wards of IREL employees
- Residents of Ernakulam district, then Kerala, and then others
- Final selection after document verification and medical fitness.
- Police Verification Certificate is mandatory before joining.
