Eligibility Criteria
1. Senior Programmer
- Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Mass Communication or Film Studies
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years in film programming, curation, or festival management
- Salary: Rs. 80,000 per month
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
2. Assistant Manager (IT)
- Qualification: Full-time Graduate in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Network Administration
- Experience: Minimum 4 years (2 years in Private/PSU/Govt. sector) in IT/Data Software/Network Administration
- Salary: Rs. 70,000 per month
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
3. Senior Executive – Administration & Accounts
- Qualification: Any full-time graduation degree (Desirable: Post-Graduation)
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years
- Salary: Rs. 65,000 per month
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
4. Assistant Coordinator – Screenwriters’ Lab
- Qualification: Graduate in Mass Communication
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years (Desirable: Experience in a Film Production House)
- Salary: Rs. 55,000 per month

5. Associate Film Programmer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Cinema Studies, Film Making, Communications, or related fields
- Experience: Experience in event coordination, festival management, or arts administration preferred
- Salary: Rs. 70,000 per month
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
6. Festival Coordinator
- Duration: 1 post (May–December 2025) & 3 posts (June–December 2025)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Cinema Studies, Film Making, Communications, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 4 years in event coordination or festival management
- Salary: Rs. 50,000 per month
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
