Eligibility Criteria for National Seeds Recruitment 2025
Age Limit
- Internal Candidates: Minimum age of 40 years with at least 2 years of residual service as of the date of vacancy (01.09.2025) concerning the date of superannuation.
- External Candidates: Minimum age of 40 years with at least 3 years of residual service as of the date of vacancy concerning the date of superannuation.
Employment Status
Applicants must be employed in a regular capacity in one of the following:
- Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE), including full-time functional Directors in the Board of a CPSE.
- Central Government Group ‘A’ officers, including the Armed Forces of the Union and All India Services, and officers from Public Sector Banks/Financial Institutions/Autonomous Bodies.
- State Public Sector Enterprise (SPSE) with an annual turnover of ₹1,000 crore or more.
- Private sector companies with an annual turnover of ₹1,000 crore or more. Preference will be given to candidates from the listed companies.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant.
- Full-time MBA/PGDM with specialization in Finance from a recognized University/Institution. Preference will be given to Chartered Accountants.
Officers from Organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Services are exempted from these educational qualifications.
Experience
Applicants must have at least five years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in Corporate Financial Management or Corporate Accounts in an organization of repute.
Pay Scale
The selected candidate will be placed in the pay scale of ₹1,60,000 – ₹2,90,000 (IDA).
