RVNL Recruitment 2025 : Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has released a new job notice for Site Engineer and Junior Site Engineer (Telecom) positions. - Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of OFC networks
- Knowledge of OTDR diagnostics and fusion splicing
- Understanding of fiber optic technology and cable systems
- Ability to monitor service performance and handle SLA/KPI metrics
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with GIS, RFMS, OTDR, power meters, fusion splicers, and NMS tools
- Knowledge of MS Office and telecom monitoring software

RVNL Site Engineer Recruitment Selection Process 2025
The selection for RVNL Site Engineer and Junior Site Engineer will happen through a walk-in interview.
- There is no written test.
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualification, experience, and interview performance.
- Final selection will also depend on medical fitness, which will be tested as per RVNL rules.
Salary Details
The selected candidates will get a monthly consolidated salary, which is negotiable.
- Salary depends on qualification and past experience.
- Candidates should bring the last 3 salary slips to help determine the salary.
- This is a fixed monthly pay. There are no extra allowances.
