Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for SAIL Durgapur Steel Plant Recruitment 2025, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Retirement Grade: Retired officers must have held Grade E-7 or above at the time of superannuation.
- Age Limit: Should be less than 70 years at the time of empanelment.
- Experience:
- Must have experience conducting departmental inquiries as an Inquiry Officer.
- Alternatively, must have served as a Disciplinary/Appellate Authority in a disciplinary proceeding for a Major Penalty case.
- Disciplinary Record:
- Should not have faced any major penalties during service.
- No criminal judicial proceedings should be pending.
- Health Condition: Should be generally in good health to carry out duties.
