SRTMI Recruitment 2025: The Steel Research and Technology Mission of India (SRTMI) is seeking a Director to oversee and manage its operations.

Eligibility Criteria for SRTMI Recruitment 2025
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to apply for the Director (SRTMI) position:
1. Age Limit
- Minimum: 45 years
- Maximum: 61 years (as of 1st April 2025)
2. Educational Qualification
- Graduate in Engineering/Technology/Business Administration from a recognized institute/university.
- Postgraduate in a relevant discipline preferred.

3. Experience Required
- Minimum 20 years of experience in Research Institutes/Industry/Academic Institutes.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful leadership, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and collaboration with reputed organizations.
4. Pay Scale Requirements
- Candidates from Public Sector Enterprises should have a pay scale of ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 (IDA) post 01/01/2017 in E8 grade or equivalent.
- Candidates from the Central/State Government, Autonomous Bodies, or All India Services should hold a post at the Joint Secretary level or equivalent.
Emoluments and Benefits
- Gross Annual Salary: ₹40 Lakh (all-inclusive).
- Additional Benefits: Reimbursement of transportation and miscellaneous expenses up to ₹5 Lakh annually.
- Salary is negotiable for exceptional candidates.
Selection Process for SRTMI Recruitment 2025
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience.
- Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Date and time will be communicated separately.
