TMB Recruitment 2025: Tamilnad Mercantile Bank (TMB) has announced a recruitment notification for the posts of Vice President, Executive Vice President, and others.
Candidates who are interested and meet the eligibility criteria can apply online through the official TMB website. The last date to submit the application form is 10th May 2025.
TMB Recruitment 2025 – Post-Wise Details
1. Executive Vice President (IT)
- Age Limit: 45 to 55 years (as on 31.03.2025)
- Qualification:
- Engineering Graduate or MCA or equivalent degree.
- Or, Graduation/Post Graduation with professional qualifications in IT fields.
- Experience:
- 15 years of IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years must be at a Senior Management level, working with Banking-IT systems, Cyber Security, Financial Networks, and other IT areas.
- Tenure: Regular basis.
- Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
- Remuneration: As per Scale VII Officer pay.
2. Vice President (IT)
- Age Limit: 45 to 55 years (as on 31.03.2025)
- Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science/IT) or M.E./M.Tech (Computer Science/IT) or MCA or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in Information Technology.
- Practical experience in a Core Banking environment is a must.
- AGMs in scheduled commercial banks or equivalent cadres in private banks are eligible if they have 2 years of experience in IT.
- Tenure: Regular basis.
- Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
- Remuneration: As per Scale VI Officer pay.
3. Deputy Vice President (IT) – CISA Qualified
- Age Limit: 38 to 45 years (as on 31.03.2025)
- Qualification:
- Engineering Graduate (Computer Science/IT) or MCA or equivalent with any of these certifications:
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Or Graduation/Post Graduation with CISA/CISSP/CISM preferred.
- Engineering Graduate (Computer Science/IT) or MCA or equivalent with any of these certifications:
- Experience:
- 8 years in IT roles, with at least 2 years in information security in banking.
- Tenure: Regular basis.
- Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
- Remuneration: As per Scale V Officer pay.
