- Technician Apprentice: Applicants who have completed a Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline from a recognized Institute/University with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent from a recognized Institute for IOCL Recruitment 2018.
- Trade Apprentice (Accountant): Applicants who have completed Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks or equivalent from a recognized Institute for IOCL Recruitment 2018.
