Educational Qualification:
Chief Legal Aid Defence Counsel:
- Candidates must have passed Lawyers with ten years of experience in Criminal Law and handled 30 criminal trials or their equivalent from a recognized board.
Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defence Counsel:
- Candidates must have passed Lawyers with seven years of experience in Criminal Law and handled 20 criminal trials or their equivalent from a recognized board.
Assistant Legal Aid Defence Counsel:
- Candidates must have passed Lawyers with 0 to 3 years of experience in Criminal Law or its equivalent from a recognized board.
