- ADM & DGM: Candidates must have passed a B.E. / B. Tech, PG Degree/ PG Diploma, MBA or equivalent from a recognized Board.
- Manager: Candidates must have passed a B.E. / B. Tech, Post Graduate, MBA or equivalent from a recognized Board.
- Senior Assistant Manager: Candidates must have passed a BA LLB or equivalent from a recognized Board.

- Assistant Manager: Candidates must have passed a Diploma Mines Survey/ Mining Engg, M.Sc or equivalent from a recognized Board.
