Educational Qualification:

(i) Deputy Registrar :

  • Candidates must have passed a Master’s Degree with 55% marks with 5 years of experience, or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(ii) Assistant Registrar :

  • Candidates must have passed a Master’s Degree with 55% marks or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(iii) Section Officer, Assistant:

  • Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience, or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(iv) Upper Division Clerk:

  • Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience, or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
  • Speed in English Typing @ 35 wpm OR Speed in Hindi/Urdu Typing @ 30 wpm

(v) Lower Division Clerk:

  • Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
  • English Typing @ 35 wpm

(vi) Multi-Tasking Staff :

  • Candidates must have passed a 10th with I.T.I or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(vii) Private Secretary :

  • Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience, or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
  • Stenography speed:120 wpm in English.
  • Typing speed: 35 w.p.m. in English.
  • Knowledge of computer applications.
  • English and good communication skills.

(viii) Personal Assistant:

  • Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree, or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
  • Stenography in English with a minimum speed of 100 wpm.
  • Typing in English with a minimum speed of 35 wpm.
  • Knowledge of Computer Applications.
  • English and good communication skills.

(ix) Stenographer :

  • Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree, or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
  • Stenography in English with a minimum speed of 80 wpm.
  • Typing in English with a minimum speed of 35 wpm.
  • Knowledge of Computer Applications.
  • English and good communication skills.

(x) Land Record Superintendent :

  • Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in Revenue, Land Record, and Patwari or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(xi) Land Record Keeper :

  • Candidates must have passed a 12th with 5 years of experience Land Record Clerk, or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(xii) Professional Assistant :

  • Candidates must have passed a Master’s, Bachelor’s Degree in Library & Information Science with 2-3 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
  • Knowledge of Computer Applications.

(xiii) Semi-Professional Assistant :

  • Candidates must have passed a Master’s Degree in Library Science and Information Science. Bachelor’s Degree in Library, Library, and Information Science with 02 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(xiv) Assistant Conservationist :

  • Candidates must have passed a P.G. Diploma from the National Archives of India with 55% marks. Post Graduation in History, Literature (English, Hindi, or Urdu). M.Sc. in Physical, Applied Science with 50% marks. Post Graduation in Conservation from National Museum Institute with 55% marks. or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
  • Knowledge of two languages (English, Hindi, Urdu).

(xv)Library Attendant :

  • Candidates must have passed a 12th with 1 year of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
  • Certificate course in Library Science.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications.

(xvi) Senior System Analyst:

  • Candidates must have passed M.Sc in Computer Science, MCA, and B.E., B.Tech., M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering with 55% of marks and 8-9 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(xvii) Programmer :

  • M.Sc in Computer Science, MCA, B.E./B.Tech., M.E., M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics Engineering with 3-5 years of programming experience.

(xviii) Security Assistant :

  • Candidates must have passed 12th. or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
  • Ex-Army, Para-Military Personnel with proper discharge certificate with Medical Category “AYE” and Character “Very Good”

(xix) Technical Assistant :

  • Candidates must have passed Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Computer Engineering with 3 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(xx) Laboratory Assistant :

  • Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Bioscience, or Biotechnology with 2 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(xxi) Laboratory Attendant :

  • Candidates must have passed a 10th, or 12th with Science Stream or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(xxii) Senior Statistical Assistant :

  • Candidates must have passed a diploma, Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years post-qualification experience, Degree or Diploma in Computer Application. or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(xxiii) Cook :

  • Candidates must have passed a 10th with I.T.I Trade in Bakery and Confectionery with 1 Year. 3 years of experience in cooking or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(xxiv) Superintendent Engineer (Civil) :

  • Candidates must have passed a Degree in Civil Engineering

  • Minimum Age: 40 years
  • Maximum Age: 56 years
