Educational Qualification:
- (i)Joint General Manager (Civil): Candidates must have passed the B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering/M.Tech. /M.E /post Graduate Degree/Minimum 15 Years of post-qualification experience with relevant experience in planning, concept design and execution of major infrastructure projects like Bridges, roads, Metro etc. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- (ii)Deputy General Manager (Civil): Candidates must have passed the B. Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering/M. Tech. /M.E/post Graduate Degree/Minimum 10 Years of post-qualification experience with relevant experience in planning, concept design and execution of major infrastructure projects like Bridges, roads, Metro etc. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- (iii)Executive (Civil): Candidates must have passed the B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering/Minimum 3 Years of post-qualification experience in project execution of civil infrastructure works and should be familiar with relevant Indian Standard Codes and practices followed for Bridges and Buildings or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- (iv)Executive (Electrical): Candidates must have passed the B.Tech/B.E in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Minimum 3 Years of post-qualification experience in in Electrical utility shifting works or HV/LV cable laying works or substation project works or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Age Limit :
- Minimum Age: 32 years
- Maximum Age: 48 years

- Joint General Manager (Civil): Rs.90,000-2,40,000/-
- Deputy General Manager (Civil): Rs.70,000-2,00,000/-
- Executive (Civil): Rs. 40,000-1,40,000/-
- Executive (Electrical): Rs. 40,000-1,40,000/-
