Rail Land Development Authority Eligibility Criteria
The Eligibility Criteria required for RLDA recruitment are detailed below.
(1) Manager (Bridge): Level 10/ Level 09/ Level 08 (7th CPC) from Civil Engineering (Technical) Cadre of Indian Railways in the regular post or equivalent post or Group ‘A’/ Group ‘B’ gazetted officer serving Govt./State Govt. OR Degree in Civil Engineering with 05 years of service in Group A/Group B equivalent in Central/State Government/PSEs/Statutory Authority PSUs. ‘OR’ Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10 years experience.
(2) Assistant Manager (Bridge): Working in Civil Engineering (Technical) Cadre of Indian Railways / Central Govt / State Govt. Degree in Civil Engineering with 03 years of service in a regular post of PSU/Statutory Authority in Pay Level-7 (7th CPC) or its equivalent.

Working in Civil Engineering (Technical) Cadre of Indian Railways / Central Govt / State Govt. Diploma in Civil Engineering in Pay Level-7 (7th CPC) or its equivalent in PSU/Statutory Authorities or equivalent in a regular post with 05 years of service.
or
Working in Civil Engineering (Technical) Cadre of Indian Railways / Central Govt / State Govt. Pay Level-7 (7th CPC) or its equivalent in the regular post of minimum 02 years tenure with 10 years service in ITI or equivalent in any engineering branch of PSU/Statutory Authority.
